Jams, jellies, fruit butters, salad dressings as well as our tasty dried fruit logs are available all season as well as fresh roasted peanuts and peach cider.
Apple cider is freshly pressed during the fall. It is treated to kill any harmful bacteria through what is called cold pasteurization (the cider is not heated). This process does not alter the flavor of the cider.
